Our store mainly offers one-of-one pieces created by reconstructing football gear and vintage materials.

Each piece carries the time, marks, scuffs, fading, and individuality of the materials it was made from.
These characteristics are not defects. They are preserved as part of the work itself.

Before purchasing, please carefully review the description, size, materials, and care guide on each product page.

Orders

After your order is completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

As our pieces are one of one, we are unable to restock the same item or provide an identical replacement.

Please note that placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Your order is confirmed only after payment has been completed.

Payment

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been completed.

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 3–7 business days after confirmation.

During POPUP events or periods of high order volume, shipping may take longer than usual.

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email if a tracking number is available.

Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific delivery date or time requests.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of one-of-one, vintage, used-material, and handmade pieces, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order in the following cases:

・You received an item different from your order
・The item was damaged during shipping
・There is a clear mistake on our part

The following cases are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

・Size or image differences
・Marks, scuffs, stains, fading, or other characteristics unique to used materials
・Individual differences or processing marks described on the product page
・Items that have been worn, used, washed, cleaned, or dry-cleaned
・Items reported more than 3 days after delivery

If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.

Individual Characteristics of Our Products

RELiCS pieces are created by dismantling and reconstructing retired footballs, boots, uniforms, vintage garments, and other materials.

Marks, stains, wear, fading, cracked prints, and stitch traces left on the materials are part of the story behind each piece.

Please enjoy them as one-of-one works with a character and presence different from brand-new products.

For RELiCS pieces, we do not recommend using a washing machine, dryer, iron, or bleach.

If you are concerned about dirt or marks, gently wipe the area with a soft dry cloth, or consider careful spot hand-washing.

Depending on the material and processing, we may recommend consulting a professional cleaner.

Repairs & Aftercare

If stitching becomes loose or any parts begin to lift during wear or storage, please contact us.

After reviewing the condition, we will guide you on possible repair options where available.

Repair availability, cost, and time required will vary depending on the condition of the item.

Please contact us first with clear photos of the item.

International Orders

If international shipping is available, shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes may vary depending on the destination country or region.

Any customs duties or import taxes that may occur are the responsibility of the customer.
